As we look back on our first six months, we’re honestly still pinching ourselves.
What started as a slightly cheeky idea has turned into something far more meaningful: a place where people gather, linger, laugh, sip, shop, and discover things they didn’t know they were looking for. From packed tastings and themed wine flights to “stay open late” evenings and spontaneous “just one more glass” moments, these first six months have been everything we hoped for and then some.
Our weekly Wine Wednesdays, Thirsty Thursdays and monthly Gays Who Whine evenings quickly became a cornerstone of the calendar. Equal parts wine, community, and joyful chaos, they’ve been loud, loving, and consistently “standing room only” Exactly how we like it.
We’ve hosted tastings, pop-ins, celebrations, and events that felt more like dinner parties than “retail experiences.” We’ve met neighbors who’ve become regulars, regulars who’ve become friends, and visitors who walked in curious and left clutching a bottle, a gift, and a grin.
Most of all, we’ve felt the overwhelming support from East Dallas and beyond. Your enthusiasm, your recommendations to friends, your Instagram tags, your kind words in-store, and your willingness to show up again and again have meant everything. Truly.
So as we head into 2026, we’re excited. More events. More collaborations. More unexpected wines. More art. More reasons to gather. And yes, more opportunities to say those four magic words out loud:
I want that one.
