What makes a Bordeaux taste like Bordeaux? Is it the grape… or is it where it’s grown?
Join us for an intimate evening around the bar as we explore one of the world’s most celebrated wine regions through six carefully selected wines that showcase how terroir, tradition, and geography shape every glass.
We’ll begin with a refreshing Crémant de Bordeaux, move into a crisp Bordeaux Blanc, then cross the river to compare two Left Bank classics with two Right Bank favorites, discovering why these neighboring regions produce such wonderfully different wines.
Along the way, each wine will be paired with thoughtfully curated bites designed to highlight its unique character.
